Ginger tea with fresh, crushed garlic and lemon in it should help.
Just put the ginger powder in some boiled water. Add the fresh ingredients
and let steep and cool for 4-5 minutes. Add parsley or Thyme if you
have any.

Okay so lately I've been catching a lot of colds. I know its cold outside, buts it's like I catch them too easily. This time my throat is seriously suffering. I have a bad cough. Co-workers and my mom is saying it might be bronchitis. Im like woah!! I like to sing!  Will my voice ever go back to normal? My mom says asthma runs in our family, and she has bronchitis so it's possible I maybe experience some symptoms since I keep catching colds. I will admit I haven't been very smart about the coats I wear, but ive never been sick this oftern. What should I do? I have a doctors appt on Tuesday, what are some suggestions until then?
