Hair is the first thing that anybody notices about you. It is also said that hair is the index of your body’s metabolism. Statistically, hair loss is a common universal problem; at least 40% of men (and some women) are either bald or have thinning hair. There are large varieties of products in market to fight these problems however we hesitate to try something new. It’s not any secret that harsh chemicals and artificial products damage the hair follicle and shaft, as well as the delicate root system.

The search for natural alternatives to treat hair loss aims to find alternatives for conventional pharmacological measures, since these often have extreme side effects. One of these alternatives is homeopathy. Results from the homoeopathic approach can take a longer time, but they are very often dramatic. Aromatherapy as a treatment for hair loss is becoming increasingly popular, but the basis is not necessarily scientific. The combined effect of absorption and inhalation of aromas apparently arrests hair loss. Ayurveda, an ancient medical discipline from India, involves massages with and ingestion of certain herbal formulations. Detoxifying the metabolic system through herbs usually has very good results in cases of hair loss. Dietary modification has often employed in addressing male and female pattern baldness. Practitioners of acupuncture and acupressure state that these treatment modes have beneficial effects in stopping and reversing hair loss, too. These are some of the natural hair loss treatment available. Following any one of them is isolation or a combination of them can rid you of hair fall problems safe and naturally.

^^^^^^You're just going to continue to stick to thinking that I'm talking about "blending" the vegetables, aren't you? LoL. Blending and juicing are two different things.

Yeah, it usually looks like greenish sludge when it comes out of the blender

Not a blender, I said "juicer". When you use a juicer it seperates the juice from the pulp and you're left with the liquid only. I wouldn't want to try and drink blended vegetables. That is just disgusting.

Or you could add Ginkgo too.
and some honey.

Juicing is good for you also. Investing in a good juicer that extracts the juice from fruits and vegetables. I make something called swamp in a glass. It has cucumber, celery, romaine lettuce, kale greens, gingerroot and broccoli in it. I drink 16oz every other or so. Major healthy energy spiker!!

Energy drinks make me skitterish but they're soooo nice.
Green Tea is a good alternative
Make your own in a blender with other stuff
No nasty stuff in them if it's diy

Energy drinks have been said to be dangerous. People have died from them because a lot of people drink them like sodas when they are only supposed to be used as a pick me up. I would like to ask what your diet is like. If you don't eat well, that could be what is making you sluggish. Energy drinks will just make your heart rate spike. What about coffee? Isn't coffee supposed to help people stay awake? The plus side to coffee is that it has antioxidants in it and its supposed to generate new cell turnover in your skin. LoL. Waaaaaaay off topic, but why not? Weirdness.

I am not a huge fan of many energy drinks because of all the sugar plus I hate how they spike you and than drop you. In my quest to find a good drink I have discovered two that I absolutely love that give me the great energy but don't make me crash hard. The first is FRS. It is definately an aquired taste but the energy feeling feels natural and refreshing. Lance Armstrong endorses FRS. The other is Xenergy. It is sparkling tasting no sugar no and no calories.

Those are my two picks. Happy studying cap!

Rising Sign is in 16 Degrees Virgo You

Well, Cappysweetie I wish a health food store was open this late because this butter works! http://www.nextag.com/604650495p/zz2zB4z23/prices-html. It gives me instant energy. When I work 10hr shifts at work and I come home I'm dead to the world. However, I work out everyday after work. So I take this energy elixir and I workout for at least an hour. Other than that I'd say try a red bull.
