Are Leo's insecure people? I read somewhere that the louder they are the more insecure they are. It kind of makes sense, people who need attention or compliments tend to be insecure because they need reassurance from others that they DO look good, or have DONE a great job, or ARE wanted.

Can some Leo please explain this NEED for attention?

Because they like to be in charge. When they dont feel in charge, they get insecure lol.

So if I cancelled on him and suddenly didn't hear a hello.. or morning msg... means what? would he feel rejected? insecure? I'm pretty sure he likes me.

cause they know they lack certain traits so the more they see them in you the more they feel threatened
they like encouragements
lots of them
