| I love them, they have blunt honesty which I admire so much and no mind games and such, just clear messages with no bs. My whole family and extended family are aries, all strong, smart individuals. I also like how they can get over disagreements easily, a trait I would want for myself. | Hey All ! What are Ur perceptions about Aries ? Love them ? Hate them ? Are they manipulative ? Do U feel protective towards them ? What do they lack ? What do they bring ? Much more ....all the hues, if U can, Please. Hate is a strong word, so I'm gonna say I love em, but that's cos my mother, father and brother are all aries. They can be a handful for me. However on the plus side they are funny, spontaneous, generous and very charming. They tend to attract a lot of attention from the opposite sex cos they are very attractive, especially when they are smiling-for some odd reason a lot of them tend to have dimples. Aries is certainly not manipulative, it is beyond their comprehension to manipulate. They are generally blunt people and don't play mind games. I have never felt protective towards them, simply because they will not take no sh1t from no one, they are strong characters themselves and can definately fight their own battles, but anyone is welcome to join them in their team as long as they are leading it lol. I'm not sure what to add in the lacking department, they can be very stubborn and their anger oh boyy-you fight back they get pissed off and you don't fight back they get pissed lol. I mean they are sensitive people deep down so don't try and be harsh or they'll give you the cold shoulder/silent treatment whatever you wana call it. They know how to bring excitement in your life, they will give you a taste of what life is like living on the edge, taking risks, they are very daring people you just can't help but love that confidence in them. They prefer to think less and do more-real action people, extremely hard working when it comes to money they are the ambitious type-a real go-getter. I can write an essay on this but these are the qualities I love in an aries. |

Posted by ninjamu You know I think rising plays a big part too because I have a Libra moon but I have a Virgo rising, so everyone always thinks I'm really chill, or boring, until they get to know me. The only time I was ever like the guy you described was when I was in love, lol I was the happiest most bubbly person  . It can be tiring with out that help of love though to be constantly bubbly and happy like how most people describe Aries. People never do guess I am an Aries, they always guess Libra or an Earth sign  . *sigh* need to bring out that Aries more. |

Posted by Gaurav_Aries i have a love/hate thing going on with them. they are absolutely not manipulative in any way, shape, or form. i have a natural tendency to feel protective over any loved one but i feel the least amount toward my aries friends. they are strong, aggressive, independent types so they don't need me in that way. they can lack tact because they're so brutally honest and straight-forward but i'm ok with that. i'd much rather hear the truth no matter how harsh. this is definitely the main thing i love about them. what i don't like so much is their seeming inability to relax and their overt aggressiveness. i'm game for a good mental and physical sparring but i like to have some down time to chill and let loose. every aries i know always have to be challenging me in some way and it gets exhausting when it's constant. other than that i'm cool with them. they make awesome friends! there is one aries guy that i just recently met that has it out for me (he wants to get with me). he's also down for a challenge but he doesn't act as hard-core of an aries like the rest i know. he's kinda hyper and super fun-loving. very affectionate. i swear he's got some strong air influence in him. he reminds me a lot of my gem and aqua friends. can't do his chart cuz i dunno where he was born. |

The people who are more aggressive have those charectoristics (or however you spell that) because they have desire for control. It's not a bad thing though and is frowned upon for wrong reasons.
