My mom's friend and her son tried it....at the same time.

He saw himself as a teenager. He was robbing a home and killed the woman who lived in that house.

he woke up and told his mom.....oh my god I was an evil person...I killed a woman. He described it to her and she realized what she saw was that........she was the woman he killed.

Journey of the Souls by Newton is a much, much better book on the subject in my opinion.
