Air Sign Buddies

Do any other Cancers here enjoy the company of air signs (as friends)? I know water signs are generally supposed to clash with air signs, but I find them so fun and not nearly as insensitive or detached as people make them out to be. I think they often make great friends. They seem to bring out my fun, more outgoing side, and I seem to bring out their more sensitive, reflective side. They're a blast to hang out with and are often sidesplittingly hilarious, too.

Yeah, totally.

I find this with Sagis and Aries's aswell, they're a bit like air signs yet with this dark, mischievous, passionate side that really gets the sparks flying. Yay.

Do you have friends of all the air signs then??

I don't have many air signs as friends, and wouldn't even go there as far as relationship wise. There is one Gemini friend I have who isn't detached and is really a lot of fun. A close family friend of mine is a Libra and we do clash, but she is funny, charming, and has enough emotional depth for me to love her. Then my best friend of all time, is an Aquarius. She is very much like an Air sign, but doesn't have the negative qualities. Thats about all the people I'm close to as far as air goes.

My best friend is a Gemini

So there it is for me.

But she has a Leo rising and moon, with merc and venus in cancer. We get along really well.

Claro de Luna: My best friend is a Libra with moon in Aquarius and Capricorn rising, and my aunt (who is 22 years older than me but very youthful and fun and I'm very close with) is a Gemini with moon in Leo and Taurus rising. I love Aquarians, too, (especially the females), but don't have a close Aqua friend at the moment.

Oh, and I wanted to ask you: What is your rising sign? I know we have the same sun and moon signs, so I'm just curious.

I have such a soft spot for people with moon in Leo. I know they can be bossy, etc. at times, but they're just so warm-hearted and lovable!

prettyladii: I can definitely understand not wanting to get into a relationship with an air sign. They can be really fun to hang out with, but I haven't met one that I would consider dating. I'd never automatically rule someone out based on their sign, but I just haven't met one I could connect with on a romantic level.

deb963: I like Aquas, too. They're so funny, smart, and I like how you can debate with them and they don't seem to hold anything against you for having a differing opinion. They're very fair.

My closest friend is an Aquarius/Pisces....thats the only air sign friend i have...i personally dont like libras and especially geminis too much.

i don't like people like that who have absolutely no regard for someone else's feelings. but again maybe it's just my group of friends ha sadly

Im very empathetic towards others. I tend to care more about other people than I do myself sometimes *sigh*. Theres a lot to my sign that I find true and a lot that isnt. And anyone can lie, cheat or whatever regardless as to what sign they are. Some people just have no morals or concern for others.

Most of my dearest friends are Gems (my rising). Aquas, not so much. Libras few and far between. I have noticed Gems are the only air that I've met at this point of my life that have stood the test of time.

I used to be a pyro growing up so I also fancy fire signs LOL!!!
