The last time I got carded was this summer, a month before my 43rd birthday. What a hoot!
I am very young at heart, and made good use of my younger years. So now as I'm getting older, I can look back with no regrets and just go with the flow.

I was a late bloomer, so getting lots of attention from people didn't happen until my 20's. I always have been aware that looks change though. Now I'm more concerned with being fit & healthy & happy as I get older, so I don't end up a cranky old lady

Kind of but for one thing i'm in denial about it if I am (I think) and another, I feel that acting childish and staying as young at heart as possible will give me an ongoing sense of age reversal. Well for now anyway.
Plus I was id'd for cigarettes a couple of weeks ago in a shop so that was fine and dandy. The lady was really surprised when I told her my age.

Are you around my age Moon_eyes or maybe less?? We're still young yet.

Yep, just as I thought. The full Hunters moon was 2 days ago. I didn't sleep till around 4/5 am this morning (last night). I'm sure it's worse where i'm living now than it was before I moved or something too.

Yeah I see what you mean. Tbh, I had a bit of a rubbish time when I was 26 and went through a really negative patch, I started worrying about my age a bit then

and realised I had to take action on how I was thinking. I don't always act ridiculous and doubt I act like I seem on here (however that is) but let's just forget about all that acting overly mature for no reason thing because it doesn't really make sense, hey?

You might just do what I did and start coming up with ways to throw all that 'aging speak' out of the window by the time you're 30 or something.

Imagine you're 50 years old and looking back at your youthful self every morning when you get up. That's a good one.

I was pretty saddened about hitting 26. I definitely don't want to get old, and am a little vain about my looks. I know aging is going to happen, but I'm in denial about it. I also am a kid at heart, and I'm hoping this helps me when I'm older. At least I can still FEEL young.
