haha, ur venus and mars are in gemini? well, at least u aren't conflicting in the love and sex department!

with ur leo ascendant i can see why that leo guy is pretty attracted to u. ur ascendant, or rising sign, is how u project urself to others. it's how they see u. same with ur mercury being in leo. mercury represents how u communicate. so u basically express urself like a leo would which i'm sure another leo would find quite intriguing. sun being ur ego and the moon being ur emotions. u can google these things to help u out. yeah, there's a lot more to it but i'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination.

i really only pay attention those the aforementioned placements.
