Yes, big difference. At least to me. I'm only talking about the early stages of a relationship here...

Making someone wait sounds more along the lines of stopping advances. That's the scene in every high school / college movie where they're making out in the car car and she stops him and says not yet. No, I have never done that. That's where I see the 'bad' teasing you mentioned.

Going slow doesn't let it get to that point because I know I wouldn't stop. It's doesn't mean I don't want to go further, it is just letting the emotional side catch up to the physical side. I have done this before. Enjoy getting to know someone. Talk, tease (not all teasing is bad), flirt, touch... just don't rush.

I don't know if I'm explaining it well.

I honestly don't know if I coud do that. real talk. especialy with all the verbal. verbal is a huge turn on for me. with my ex we would do verbal via text all day and it made the anticipation of the evening almost unbearable.
