I was going to leave you with a nice melancholy song with hints of optimism to get you though you’re mood, but I soon realized the situation was far more serious.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit this… but there is one song that got me though this butter, It’s a bit dated, but it’s been a while since I’ve gone through a something so significant, I know it’s kind of lame, but still incredibly therapeutic.

If it works for you, play every time it hurts so much, you can’t stand it. Turn it up and Scream the lyrics as loud as you can, after about 3 or 5 times on repeat you’ll be able to carry on. It should get you though half the day, but repeat the process whenever necessary. Eventually you’ll be able to sing it without crying, at which point you be ready to call your friends for fun times!

If this one doesn’t work, then find another song, but make sure it’s about feeling bad and feeling better! Because your better than how you feel right now, and you will put it behind you once you let go. I'm sorry, it shouldn't feel like this.
