It changes, depending on who you ask or what chart you consult. Most often, it varies between the 19th and the 20th, but occasionally a chart will say the 18th. Perhaps this is because February is the shortest month of the year, I'm not sure. The 20th makes me a Pisces regardless, but I am ever so glad I was not born on the 19th.. that would definitely be THE most baffling, confusing day to be born LOL |
