Train through Europe

You scored 61% culture, 31% social, 36% activity, and 36% adventure!

A train trip through Europe is a fantastic way to enrich yourself with many different cultures within a relatively short distance. The train service in Europe is out of this world and almost always on time. It doesn't lump you together with a group since you prefer to be independent, yet it takes the scariness out of navigating around a new country in a rental car, trying to make sense of the map. The train system brings you from downtown to downtown and there are often hotels within a short walk of the station. You could decide which countries interest you the most and if you are eligible, buy a rail pass in advance to save a bundle of money. Arriving at a European train station is an architectureally beautiul way to introduce yourself to a new city and it sets the perfect scene for your new experience. If you had fun dreaming about where you might go, don't forget to rate my test. Thanks!

Machu Picchu, Peru

You scored 65% culture, 35% social, 64% activity, and 56% adventure!
So you want to find a trip that combines a rich cultural experience with an adventure that's out of this world. Well, Machu Picchu is about as close to "out of this world" you can get to without actually leaving Earth. For those who are really active, there is a 4 day hike called the Incan Trail that ends at the ruins of the lost city of Machu Picchu. There are campsites and visitor's centres along the way and the scenery includes ruins along the way to set the stage for the final destination. Once you get to the ruins, this World Heritage site will leave you speachless. You can do this in a group or independently on your own schedule. There are some great websites explaining more about this unique hike and journals from people who have done it. If you had fun dreaming about where you might go, don't forget to rate my test. Thanks!

Sounds like fun.

Outback tour

You scored 48% culture, 54% social, 73% activity, and 53% adventure!

So you are a fun, outgoing person who loves adventure. Consider taking a tour of the beautiful Australian outback. You can really make it exciting by staying at one of the permanent camps in a tent with a small group. They have 4 wheel drive tours, bus tours, cycling tours...whatever your comfort level desires. The great thing is that by staying with the same group for the trip, relationships form easily, and others in the tour share similar interests to you. One thing not to miss of course is Uluru or Ayers Rock, which you can climb for a spectacular view. It's a fun adventure that you won't forget. If you live in Australia and want to go somewhere out of country, try a similar trip to the Grand Canyon, Arizona. Here you can do whitewater rafting, 4 wheel drive tours and even take a mule ride to the bottom of the canyon. Either way, it's a great way to meet people as adventuresome as you. If you had fun dreaming about where you might go, don't forget to rate my test. Thanks!

Thai Resort
You scored 52% culture, 27% social, 36% activity, and 53% adventure!

Thailand...an exciting, culturally rich destination that offers you all the relaxation you can handle. This is a more satisfying place to visit than the usual hot 'n sunny places because you are experiencing a very unique place. The beaches are gorgeous and you can chill out in a hammock and be left alone. But you can also venture out into the floating markets, restaurants and even ride an elephant. The resorts are an oasis of tranquility surrounded by a world of adventures. It really is the best of both worlds. You can stay in a typical resort, of for more privacy, you can stay in a beach house all to yourself. Thai food is one of the most popular cuisines in the world, but they also make all types of dishes to suit all tastes. You will come back feeling like you've been enriched and energized.

Caribbean Cruise
You scored 45% culture, 69% social, 41% activity, and 42% adventure!

This is a super fun vacation that you really should try. Since you are more of a people person (though you don't have to be) you will really enjoy making new friends on a trip like this. There are many advantages to taking a cruise, and yes, young people go all the time. The idea that cruises are for grandparents is outdated and simply wrong. There are so many different kinds of things to do that you will keep bumping into those who share your interests. While you may or may not find it fun to chat with strangers, on a cruise you are with the same bunch for the entire trip, so relationships form easily. If your ship has reserved seating for meals, request a large table so that you can get to know lots of people - they tend to seat people together from the same age bracket. Cruises are great because you are in a luxury hotel with amazing food and safe water, yet you stop at several destinations without the bother of packing and unpacking every day. There you can just stay aboard, go exploring or simply get off the ship just to find the nearest beach/market/bar. Some great cruise lines that have tons to do for younger people are - Disney Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean and Carnival. If you had fun dreaming about where you might go, don't forget to rate my test. Thanks!

Mediterranean Cruise

You scored 58% culture, 58% social, 45% activity, and 42% adventure!

So you appreciate exploring other cultures but prefer to do it with minimal stress. Since you are more of a people person (though you don't have to be) you will really enjoy making new friends on a trip like this. There are many advantages to taking a cruise, and yes, young people go all the time. The idea that cruises are for grandparents is outdated and simply wrong. Cruises are great because you stop at several destinations without the bother of packing and unpacking every day. Another place you may want to explore would be the Baltic Sea to visit northern Europe, which is gorgeous (beyond words) and the locals are incredibly friendly. While many cruises offer formal excursions, you will find it much cheaper to rent a car or taxi for the day (perhaps with a couple fellow cruisers) and see things on your own. If you had fun dreaming about where you might go, don't forget to rate my test. Thanks!

Extreme Japan

You want it all. The great thing is, in the Land of the Rising Sun, you can HAVE it all. Japan has a rich culture that goes back thousands of years. But did you know that along with enriching your mind, you can also get your adrenaline going? How about climbing Mount Fuji, sea kayaking around the Noto Peninsula, surfing, diving, rafting, paragilding, horseback riding or cycling among unique scenery and terrain. If you go in a group, this will give you a great chance to form relationships easily with others on the tour and having more friends around will make the whole experience all the more rewarding and memorable. You can then balance out your adventures with some Japanese theatre or exploring the exciting markets and city streets. You may have never considered such a destination, but maybe you have learned something. If you had fun dreaming about where you might go, don't forget to rate my test. Thanks!
