@LostMyMind....your welcome. Boom Boom had some really good advice. Its amazing what a dietary change can do. There is that period of withdrawl though, so not sure if its a good time to do a complete 360..maybe ease into the changes, if thats an avenue you may want to consider.

Yeah if anything...I'm easing into it, I dont need my body to shut down or go back into shock lol

@shaks
Lucky lol. No seriously that's awesome! I'm glad you found out what you needed to bring happiness to your life...some people can go forever and never find that happiness with in themselves and i admire people that can

2010 was a hard year for me...actually every year is a hard year, but such is life. I'm confused of what exactly was supposed to be taught (if anything) that year. I feel I'm always being tested though...so hopefully Saturn will be nice....I wish I could say the same thing, I'm still a lost duck...but its my own fault...once you have the fear its hard to get rid of...but I'm working on it.

I gave up soda a while back (got tired of drinking it) so I've stuck to water except for coffee (which I have cut back on but need to give up). I dont do dairy...its messes with me to much (stomach) so i just said screw it...I can live without it. i just started exercising again...I'm trying to get my body back which I think I will get my mind back...does that make sense? (nothing to do with losing weight, just getting my health on track) I hate medicines...and its hard to find an alternative for thyroid issue...but I believe its out there...I do need to research that some more.

I forgot to mention, i have had dry itchy skin problems June/July they just recently went away, I also take sleep aid to sleep at night but i think thats a Virgo thing since we worry and analyze so much. I do actually have anxiety and take medicine for it, but have needed it a lot more than normal lately.

You've mentioned that you don't cry. Maybe you need to have a good cry. Sometimes you just have to release it to feel better.

@OP; Sounds like anxiety attacks to me.....Yes, I have experienced something very similar to these symptoms.

I also went to the doctor thinking I was having a heart attack or something.

Are you or did you, go through any type of trauma? Death in the family, a divorce, some kind of life altering change?

I did go thru two major deaths in the past two yrs...one was very traumatic and the other was expected...but still hard. I've mostly dealt with it and have tried to move on the best I can...still have moments but doing pretty good.

This is just been in the past two months....but its possible that any little stress or worry and my body handles it differently than before...where nothing phased me?!

That'll do it....my anxiety attacks came about later in my life. Always had them, just never so severe as of lately. I think trauma's in life don't really show until some time has passed, at first I think the mind and body go into survival mode/shock...you could be experiencing after shock, if you will. Sort of a delayed reaction, now that things have settled a bit the body is showing the effects it has had on you.

Spot on. I think it's the bodies way of regurgitating & eventually it'll resume. Sort of like when you've had too much to drink, lol.

The withdrawal symptoms are only an issue during the first 2 or 3 weeks you stop, I think that is about the time your body needs to totally detox from it, so obviously after that your body just wont ask for it anymore and you'll be fine.

So in a nutshell, small but significant changes that I'd recommend you:

-Quit caffeine, just stop.

-Quit dairy products.

-Quit coke, soda and all those crap drinks.

-Im not saying you should quit junk food altogether, just make sure to have it only every once in a while, dont go on diets, simply change the way you eat altogether, lots of veggies, wholesome bread, pasta, rice, etc, dried fruits, nuts are also very healthy.

-I'd really recommend to try and replace those meds you are taking for more natural alternatives, probably homeopatic products, do research.

Im a Virgo from 83 too (Sept 7th) though Im not going through anything you are describing, in fact I feel Im going through one of the best phases in my life, but thats because I made that decision myself a long time ago. Over the course of the last 2-3 years I have made significant changes and progress in almost all aspects of my life, which I decided to make after around 2009, which was a very hard year for me (Saturn was in Virgo back then) I remember reading at the time that if we chose to ignore the issues that were brought into light by Saturn in Virgo, the next big Saturn transit (Return in our case) would bring them back but this time in a more brutal manner, on the other hand there was also the option of tackling those issues back then and reaping the rewards during the next Saturn transit, Im sure that is exactly whats happening in my case.

I gave up caffeine 2 years ago, just went cold turkey on it, never looked back and this was probably one of the best decisions in my life, the amount of energy you get back after you've totally detoxed from it is simply amazing. You wont even need it in the morning to so-called "start your engine" and if you really love the taste of coffee then simply drink decaf (I recomend Nescafe Gold Decaf, as the beans are freed from caffeine using simply water as opposed to many other Decaf products, which use dangerous chemicals)

I also gave up dairy products altogether, now I get most of my calcium from almond milk, personally it tastes a lot better than cow milk and is the healthiest replacement of it. I dont have stomach problems anymore as I used to have sometimes, which were caused by cow milk.

Also gave up on drinking coke and other rubbish/sugary drinks altogether a few years ago (except alcohol when going out or having social events lol) all I drink now is water, fresh fruit juices, green tea, almond milk and water lol. Needless to say the effects have been amazing, my body simply feels at ease and I can think much more clearly. The changes become really visible in your attitude towards life and your appearance! Im a really happy person now.

I randomly read things on here but this one made me actually create my account and comment. This has been me too, I know I have had some stressful events occur lately but crying is just not something I do and for some reason I keep on doing it, I dont know about the moons and all the extra stuff but my bday is September 8th, how do i figure that out so I won't worry about the fact I'm an emotional wreck lol.

You can go to cafeastrology.com and put in your birthday info...its free and it will give you your chart and explain somethings about it.

I hope things get better for you GodMadeBeauty and welcome!

I was the same way...always had them to an extent but never like this. I think you maybe right about the body going into shock....mine maybe coming out of slowly but surely....it sucks

I think since I've been having these emotional outburst( not outburst per say)I have been thinking a lot about past stuff so I'm sure that doesnt help and makes it worse...so I've been telling myself to "stop" and "that's not something you need to worry about right now" its helped some but being a virgo my mind is on constantly lol

I have been exercising which has helped with sleeping (has been 4 nights with no help...yayyy lol) I drink water all day long besides my morning coffee (which I should get rid of)

Thanks DG for your kind words and advice
