Line cook right now, going to Culinary school. Working my way up to be a Sous-Chef, and eventually down my path, I would love to be an Executive Chef. Before that, I want to travel the world and expereience as much culinary aspects that I can....

Exactly what I'm doing now..... I love cooking. I love being around fresh produce. I love fabricating meat. I love creating a delishious sauce. It is an extension of my soul, and it keeps growing.......

Cooking, gardening, fishing, raising chickens, exercising, all around, just being active. As long as I keep moving.....
