EntreLeadership: 20 Years of Practical Business Wisdom from the Trenches by Dave Ramsey.
I started reading it so I can be a better manager people around me. I get feedback from my folks all the time.
I recommend it to anyone who's working in a teamwork environment. It's a required reading for fixed signs, so we don't keep falling into the same traps.

'Killing Commendatore' by Haruki Murakami and 'Border Insecurity' by Sylvia Longmire.
Reading Commendatore because I'm a Murakami fan and it's his newest book. Reading Border because I always make sure to read a non-fiction as I read a fiction book (and I love anything about geopolitics/IR/etc).
Recommend Commendatore to anyone who likes beautifully written fiction and likes to meditate on accepting the chaos/unpredictability of the universe (written by a cap that seems to often concentrate on that).
Recommend Border Insecurity to anyone interested in the subject of 'The Wall'.
