I don't have a PSP, but I had a PS1 up until 2004. Unfortunately I never had the privilege to play Final Fantasy.

Hugo's House of Horrors
The Secret of Monkey Island
Kings Quest
Ducktales

All on a PC.

The Monkey Island and Kings Quest series were the bomb. I also enjoyed the Space Quest and Quest for Glory games. Ah, the memories. Talking about this is making me want to download some old games

Jazz Jackrabbit also comes to mind.

When I was still a kid our family lived in a small mining town all us kids plus a bunch of other kids in town played The Secret of Monkey Island together. It was like a communal game. We would either go to someone else's house and play it all together but if we played it separately and solved a puzzle we were on the phone straight away to everyone else. It took us 2 years to finish. We got stuck on the ghost ship and couldn't figure out how to get the key. It was an awesome experience. It was old school video gaming!

Ya those were the good old days. I had school friends who lived up the road from me, and their older brother had Monkey Island etc on his old 486, that's how I came about those games. I remember watching their older brother play Wing Commander as well. Then, a year or so later, my mom spoiled me with a 386 DX40. I was able to run some good old classics.

Apparently you can get a whole lot of old school games from Abandonia, and Abandonware,

I just haven't bothered to look for or to download any yet.

Awesome! Thanks for that!
