i might be slightly drugged.
why do people look down on you when you go for someone mainly for the mindblowing SEX? not for their sense of humor, soul, personality or any of that 'deep' bullshit when all people are all the same anyway? everyone's worth knowing in drone world. sometimes for a minute. sometimes a few months. sometimes for years.
what's so different about drone #25461155115151546 and drone #00075455? all programmed to have 'complexities' with feelings and fears. collective huma-drone experience. it's not so unique that you're having tea in the morning, looking away to avoid intimate connection, experienced loss so painful that it changed you. there are no real hipsters in drone world. nobody so unique that they can't have traveled through a similar road from the next drone after the other.
drone #25461155115151546 may be known for his passion while drone #00075455 could be known for his serenity. and they might attract other drones similar to their own driven by whatever psyche was formed from their infancy to adulthood. do they act out of instinct or reservation? can it be a mixture of both? does it even matter in drone world?
each drone capable of kindness but also cruelty. each drone a mixture of sugar and spice. each drone both interesting and mindlessly boring. each and every drone one day will be decommissioned by some accident, violent means or just by natural wear and tear yet all will meet some end.
of all the shallow/superficial reasons to be with someone (besides money or looks), SEX is probably the most decent reason. what's more compelling than that tug at your gut, that pull at your flesh in a place like drone world?
