There's this dude that I've been working with for the past 8 months. We're the only two people on our shift and the hospital is mostly empty around that time and it's usually just us. We worked together pretty fine, but over time I can tell there's been more and more tension.
We used to split work on all 3 of our designated floors. However, over time he began procrastinating on his work/idling for long periods of time, only to "panic" at the last hour and a half about how he doesnt have everything done, and that he needs help. And then I come in to pick up whatever he can't do, which is coincidentally all of the things he hates doing. (Small menial things)
Our manager decided it would be better for us to work on seperate floors (thankfully) and be solely responsible for those floors. So, he wanted the bigger one, and I took the two smaller ones. No complaints.
Now, there's been a couple weeks where he's gone on vacation and I've done both of our jobs at once, and consistently got done an hour before I had to clock out!! I can't see how he has so much trouble with time management..
After a few months of our new work style , our manager posted a sheet explaining exactly what we need to do for clarification and it said "Both (Me) and (Him) are responsible for (menial labor) on all floors" And now he's using that go try to push all of his work on me, once again. 🙄
He told me his birth info a long while back but I don't have it anymore, but I remembered that he has a scorp sun, leo moon, virgo rising and cancer mars. Personality-wise, he's pretty neurotic but detail-oriented. He confided to me once that he thinks he has schizophrenia. Only cares about doing work if he "feels like doing it". He's not a horrible guy, but has a terrible attitude!!
