Scorpios are dazed, Pisces are confused, neither is mysterious. Cunning, slippery and elusive doesn’t mean hard to decipher.

I can understand Capricorn better because it's easy to understand their motivation (usually work/duty or family). Even if I don't understand their feelings, their actions tend to be predictable.
