Posted by SnowBunny726 I've tried doing this before but it's never worked out for me in the end: how do people nowadays handle "dating" multiple people at once and then "picking" the best partner out of all of them? What about just dating one person at a time? If that person doesn't work out, there's always others. But I don't get how people can emotionally invest in more than one person at one time. At least to me, that just means you don't really click very well with any of them and will just settle with the one who gives you the least trouble until someone better comes up.
Like, if you have to date a pool of people and analyze them all to decide on a partner, that just doesn't sound like a natural match. Natural matches would just be automatically made IMO and without this trial and error sort of thing. Just my opinion though.
I agree. I instantly know if the person is someone I would like to see again and then my focus is on that person. I don't understand how people can date multiple people at the same time. I'm finding it hard to even find a connection with one person lol.
