I was wondering if someone was going to say Pisces. They are soft and feminine but in a manly way.

I wouldn't say they are most manly however. They are one of the most feminine ruling signs, and they are crowned that in official astrology info as well alongside Cancer signs. The Pisces guys I've met are more feminine like compared to the other astrology sign guys I've met, but it does depend on your whole birth chart and whether you have more masc or fem ruling signs too!
I will say I met a Pisces guy with the most ethereal, dreamy crystal blue eyes that I thought I was gonna drown in them lool
