Playing music that has lyrics, moods, instrumentals that fit my mood and the specific situation I'm going through and healing from really is a huge part of my healing journey. I'm clairaudient so it's no surprise it helps heal me.
And then I just focus on using spirituality and psychology to focus on the toxic behaviours and why and where they come from. And also learn how to heal, healing techniques. Mostly spiritual healing techniques. And journalling! 📚
