Im a 12th houser(stellium there and my chart ruler is there) but being an exotic dancer is not something I could do. I do not like the atmosphere of places like that, I couldn’t feel comfortable undressing in front of a bunch of strangers. I mean nothing against them but I couldn’t do it.
I don’t see the 12th house being something common amongst exotic dancers because usually these people are very introverted as well self conscious so places like that would be triggering for them, Id imagine.
Actually my mother was one, although shes never been open about it.

Ive noticed a lot of Scorpio, Taurus, Sagittarius, Capricorn and even Virgo in these types of professions. I wouldn’t be surprised at 8th house placements also being common
I like Dita Von Teese and she has Libra sun, Gemini moon, Libra mercury, Leo venus, Virgo mars. I've always gotten 8th house/Scorpio vibes from her but there's no birthtime posted for her.
