Actually, Scorplady, now that you say it YES taureans are rather controlling pushing their opinions onto you. My daughter and a couple of my friends are like that...although I have 2 taurean friends that aren't and take everything I say as gospel! I was wanting a Taurus male too because I get on so well with them but will watch out for that...
