A twitch under the eye

Anyone know anything about this, I've been a little upset over somethings lately and have had this annoying twitch...at first I didnt notice it and then my sis-in-law informed me and it really hasnt stopped for the past week and what's worse is now I'm noticing it!!!! Massaging it doesn't stop it either.
