Again I repeat...NEGATIVE! You no longer live in his world, he's not treating you the way you deserve to be treated therefore you are no longer together. Yes I considered him avoiding seeing me for over a month to be a breakup. I don't know how an ex gets treated, but if its being avoided seeing her face to face for a month than yes...we talk almost every day or other day..I feel like we are finally getting to know one another on an intellectual level and not just on the "love/lust" tip.
