People who smile at you for no particular reason are straight out creeps. Men or women, doesn't matter. If there is a context then sure, it's a normal thing but to just look at smile for literally no reason...weirdo!
And lets see, why do I look at some guy. Well, most of the time it's cause I'm gauging where do I know him from or he appears to be looking like someone I know.
Next reason, they are well dressed or have pleasant face features and/or blue eyes. I just happen to notice people with blue eyes a lot more than other people. And it's nice to see someone wearing something that fits them well and it makes them look neat and well maintained.
Third reason would be cause I find them attractive overall, which is super rare and most men I see are nowhere near what I consider attractive.
Now, I'm not saying I have high standards cause I literally don't and I'm usually into weird or mysterious men that don't look that good, but I still do like to see someone very attractive too.
Damn I wish I had a different color eyes like say gray, the same eye color as my daughter. What do or would you say about men with gray eyes? Or is that a woman's eye color?

I'm not that short. My hair isn't all that long, at least not nowhere near as long as it used to be when I was at my prime stage. As a Gemini I will always be beautiful no matter what age. I avoid eye contact mostly too because if I am out of my house I am on a mission to get what I need so I can get my introvert butt back to my hermit hole. I don't mind helping someone sort out things emotionally but I just receive more looks than someone approaching to talk. My capricorn rising and this new slow pluto transit in my first house affects this. Most people stay away.
I walk pretty fast and I'm very in and out. My third house is aries so this could describe it too. When I see someone, if I catch their eyes, I'm frozen a bit and stuck in their movie or their aura. I'm also not interested in romance except for the one that is already in my life. People change their mind though and romance gives me a hint of anxiety now so while I'm out, I rather just focus on what doesn't change, which is what I'm out for.

My reasons for looking are in the main different to mens
Firstly …. Energy. If I see someone who looks different/unusual/eccentric, I will look. I stood behind a man in the food store whose energy was overpoweringly artistic😃. I guessed he was an actor/director, so I asked him and he says he’s a theatre director/actor and asks how did I know, so I told him he looked like one lol. I have always been fascinated by people ~ as a kid my mother used to ask me not to stare….so it’s something I’ve always done.
I also notice men’s (and women’s) hair and will take a look and admire that.
And if I see an attractive man, I will look but don’t do the overt drooling thing, and as I don’t often see anyone I fancy, it doesn’t happen often

I like the exotic look in men - light skin, dark hair or dark skin with light hair. Height difference should be adequate. I like 5’9 as I’m 5’4 and wear heels. I will look if the guy has that height, slim (I don’t care if he’s built or not) and has that exotic look.

What I like to know is why women look at some men. Notice I say some not referencing to all. It's just that I notice they don't look at men the same way I see men look at women. Now in my case this ain't no joke. Women really do look at me. And with a smile. Staring in fact. Men do too so y'all ain't out of the woods.
