Pisces can be quite seemingly 'flirty' when all we really are being is plain nice...... we don't like to be seen as cold so we will be very nice..... doesn't mean anything other than that sometimes
I can pull down my menu and read messages without actually opening them. Just saying he could have seen it. Maybe he felt rejection about Thursday and didn't reply? Maybe you're both too shy to assert your stance. I'd keep up whatever you're doing in class and warm up to each other on a friendly level and whatever happens happens. I'm not a pisces though so I can't speak for them. Just giving my two cents moreso on the message.

Wouldn't call it mixed signals more like checking your temperature ( feeling your energy). As a Pisces man I do this with everyone I come across. They dub it as I'm quiet but in reality I'm observing how they are. Back to the topic he's feeling your energy to see whether or not he likes or not.

Wait for him to ask you out, they don't like women making all the plans. They really are manly men especially the March Pisces. They also get jealous very easily with the woman they like. When you stated you had "other plans" you probably made him feel unimportant.
I've been knowing a Pisces a few months, dating a month and they are really great men once they like you. Very considerate, playful, gentleman, possessive (good way), funny, talkative and supportive. Pisces man and Aries woman terrific match.
