Is it weird I I'm super fixed and find all that easy? I guess if I had to pick one it would be letting go. I love staring over. Moving on is pretty easy too. Letting go isn't hard, but it does hold more of a recation with me.
Definitely letting go is difficult for me, depending on my attachment to someone and situation. For example, if the person clearly tells me that they aren't interested in being in my life it's easy, but if they leave without an explanation, I find it super hard.

Think it is a bad experiece with love.. Letting go = abandon , not fight for live the same experience After you letting go you begin to moving on, you begin to understand , to live your life what happend in that experience, to think what it is good what was bad.. In a final you have to start over the same experiece think that you have another final ..good one this time .. For some people between this step it is not respiro 😅 or jump direct of the last..😉
You can think another way... 1.soul - leting go, 2. Mind - moving on 3. Mind + soul 👉 starting over 🚩
