Farscape

I'm so miserable and sad that they are ending Farscape! This was my favorite show for so long... Grrr, it's just too expensive to produce, aparently, and they have canceled it in spite of a petition by loyal fans to keep it going. Friday March 21 will be the last show of the last season, I'm going to cry. Maybe I'll join the rest of the angry mob and write a hate note to the Sci Fi channel for canceling one of the best things they put on tv.

Oh grrr!!! If anyone else out there has watched the series finally, let me know if you agree with me and think it's completely unfair that they ended it in "to be continued"!!! My only hope is that maybe, just maybe, it means that some other network is picking up the series... OH JOY!!! But I'll try not to get too excited until I know for sure.

My my.. You ARE a sci fi gal. I watched it for quite awhile, but moved here, and extended cable is too high.

I miss the Outer Limits even more. It seems 1 out of every 4 were about aliens, and very well done too. War with Aliens. One in particular had small critters making you hallucinate you were completing your ultimate fantasy, while they noshed' on your fluids. (Well I liked it.)

Geeze, finally somebody who watches the sci fi channel... I was begginning to lose hope. Hrmph... Outer limits is ok, but not my favorite... I always saw it as a bit of a modern interpration of the Twilight Zone... I am still pissed about them canceling Fascape... Grrrr... Now you remended me about that... The only good thing is that now it's on every night at midnight, and they're playing all the episodes from the first season to the last. By the end of the summer, I'd say it will be safe to say that I will have seen every single episode ever made... Do I get a prize?

Outer Limits was the Twilight Zone refurbished, that's true. Not having the Sci Fi channel really limits my options over here. Sci fi in general is virtually the smallest offering on cable anywhere. I liked Star Trek, but lost interest as each new reincarnation came about. Next Generation, less, and Voyager, less than that. Rehashed, mainly. Babylon 5 was very good for a long time. I never got to see the end of the series, but it felt realistic. Characters died and didn't come back, etc. Strong character leads as well. There's nothing I can think of to replace it.

I was never into startrack all that much. I always like the movies though... I liked the next generation more than the original serious... And 7 of 9 on Voyager kicked ass.

Hi there fellow Sci Fyi Buff!

I know I am quite late posting this but just wanted to let you know that I am also a sci-fyi fan. And Farscape is one of my favs also. I am not happy about it either and am watching every chance I get. Grrr!!

I also liked Star Trek the Next Generation, and 7 of 9 does kick ass!

I still like to watch the Outer Limits and Twilightzone. I pay extra on my cable bill so I can get the Sci Fyi channel..So you not alone my friend!

At least they gave it an end in that little mini series... But still, did they have to kill off Dargo... I'm not sure....
