Am I supposed to do something about it?

I met him about a year ago and text him sporadically since then

we had few dates but I actually didn't even know those were dates I figured it out when

he took me to watch the stars and kissed me in September,

when we already lived in two different countries. Well he's kind of shy and he behaves awkwardly.

We didn't had sex, no sex zones involved, I didn't want it.

He text me the next day but he didn't put much effort to keep in touch, I did. Maybe I tried too much, like few times a week.

"sadly it doesn't make sense to keep often in touch" he said...

About a month and half ago the fb blow up with a pic and I saw that he were in town for a week end, with some friends (they tag him) so I text him something like

"I don't get it, I think we are interested in each other, I would have used this occasion to have a coffee "

he justify himself with something like

"As I showed you the last time we met, I have the interest and attraction to do something together but not to dating regularly. It doesn't make sense to keep often in touch since we live far from each other.

I spent in town three days and two nights, it was a b-day so I didn't really had any time to meet you otherwise I would called you ... "

I didn't reply and I didn't text anymore. He neither, it happened about a month and half ago.

Now it's Christmas time he soon would be back in town to spend it with his family.

Every time I think about him I am disappointed, but I don't want to exaggerate. I think he should text me, but he probably think I told him to f**k off by silence and doesn't want to be rejected. But I felt rejected too, am I don't worth it? then ****u.. right?

But I can get it, may I text him a (stupid) merry Christmas time with no passive aggressive vibes and see if he moves on from there?

No, don't text him. If he wants you he'll come for you - he knows how to reach you and a little silence doesn't scare off a serious Taurus man. But he told you that he's not interested so why waste your time on him?

That's all very well but what and how do you envisage things to be with him?

Long distance is fine to pursue as long as you have a realistic plan in place. What would your plan be?

Would you be happy commuting from Spain to England every two weeks? Would he? Do you both have the finances? Would one of you move?

If these questions can't be answered then what's the point?

To me, it doesn't sound like he wants to pursue anything with you. He's already told you why. Sure, he likes you but the practicalities aren't there.

we can't hang out but if I like someone I would keep in touch to see how it goes, if I was him I would actually ask me to visit and see in few more times if it's worth it.

I don't think time doesn't change situations and people so if I am curious about someone I see if something move on or if I don't care I just say "I like you but there is no way to have any chance right now so let me know if you move back in England." I wouldn't fake to be nice to keep someone around..

I agree with AgentP. Admitting he finds you attractive doesn't mean he wants to pursue a relationship with you and it seems pretty clear that he doesn't.

I think you and your friends have figured out the answer to this question. He wants to keep you hanging on in case he feels like seeing you, but he's not being encouraging to you or committing himself to you. It's up to you what to do with this situation, but I'd move on.

He didnt seem that kind of guy.. I should probably start to date women or stop to date Latin men.. Maybe in Sweden it's easier to be honest in this kind of situations

First off, your last sentence is insanely offensive on so many levels.

You should start to date men that are actually interested in you. And enjoy being single in the meantime. Don't force it. When it is right it will happen very easily and naturally. That is just how it is. You'll hardly have to stress or force it.

Do yourself a favor just leave him he doesn't seem interested in having a relationship with you the reason could be anything but its pretty clear that he don't want a relationship with you. DON'T text him again don't sell yourself too short. If he wants a relationship with you he knows where to find you.
