I live in Greece and currently in Crete (the biggest greek island) which i love!

But if i had the chance i would also try Bali Indonesia, Melbourne Australia...Hawaii

Maybe Sweeden
what's it like in Greece?

any photos to show?

and the economy from your POV?
Its very nice in Greece! I mean its a very beautiful country ,surrounded by sea and has thousands of islands of different sizes

The quality of life though is mediocre to low

We have an economic crisis now as you may know

And the unemployment in most of the work fields is very high except tourism maybe

P.e i study to be a teacher and my chances to get a job in a public primary school in 2 years that i will finish my studies are extremely low

I may get hired as a deputy teacher and change school and location every year with a very low pay

Other than that its a really beautiful, interesting and historical country but the way its governed its really sad...none of its gifts is really well used

I will share some of my photos and then you can check on google "Athens , Acropolis, Parthenonas , Syntagma Square, Ancient Olympia ,Santorini ,Thessaloniki, Crete ,Aegean Islans ,Ionia inslands" and many more 🙂

*i hope the photos can be seen

i have a girlfriend who lives in Greece but i haven't talked to her in ages. It's hard to keep up any relationship when you're living in a different country. it's hard enough with family members too, just trying to skype and call on the phone, or visit. She is pretty quiet about it too.

thanks for the info.

If only my Sagittarius moon wasn't in 4th, I would say Rome...😄
what's wrong with it in the 4th?

meaning you're stuck at home?

that's a comfy house.
Although I love being home (moon in 4th), somehow, I don't feel home when I'm home (moon in Sagittarius).

i dont like to be anywhere where there isn't supermarkets and some nice shopping malls close by.

at least by driving distance.

i do love the nature though.

but i dont like ticks, fleas or misquitos...which unfortunately we are privy to those close to nature.

we gotta go visit and see why...
Sounds very boring to me. Beautiful but boring

Nobody says Iceland. Iceland has unique landscape

we have family that just came from there.

they went last year and this year.

what they got from the trip?

1) it's very expensive.

2) there's nothing growing there. (unless you plan to make a greenhouse and that's expensive)

3) you eat fish alot, and even rotten fish where it's dried up.

4) if you stay in a hotel, the cost is up to 500 a night maybe 300 -400 a night, unless you got hostel.

and if you do a hostel type, it's 150 around that price, with shared bathroom too.

5) only around 300,000 or so live there.

6) mostly, it's COLD. and expensive.

Ah, no... I meant "home" in a broader sense as to refer to "my home country". I love everything about Italy; ideally to live here would be my first choice. Nonetheless, I struggle with my moon in Sag because home, or at least what I like to consider home (Italy), somehow doesn't feel as such. Basically, despite considering Italy the perfect place to live, deep down, I know I must eventually move abroad in order to be happier.

But hey... who knows, maybe I'll marry a foreign and have mixed babies, something I would definitely not mind 😄

why do you need to move abroad??

have your wife move there. or your girlfriend move there.

any 9th house dominant or sag placements marries a foreigner.

look at 9th houser Dylan mcDermott, always marrying a foreigner, first a half iranian and then an asian lady.

sometimes someone doesn't have any sag, but if they're 9th houser, they will definitely.

i saw that that quadruple Scorpio man with sagittarius moon marry a foreigner, i think his name is Chip, Chip and Joanna Gaines. She's definitely foreign looking.

sometimes the foreign land isn't too far, and just another city, or something. hard to pinpoint.

So many people, ne?

There are vast areas

Not every place has

crowds like Tokyo.

Gain knowledge, ne.

I need to move because of a latent feeling of not belonging to my country / city of origin. I know I'd be happier living "in just another city" for the simple fact it’s different from what I’m used to (my moon conjunct Uranus); in that sense I agree with you that it doesn't necessarily have to be too far. But in light of this, bearing in mind how pivotal it is for me to look for improvements in life, having to pick “just another place” bothers me: moving away from Rome, especially when I’m surrounded by so much beauty, on principle it’s something that goes against me.

Curious; I was looking for places in New Zealand just yesterday. Anyway; if only it was "slightly" more affordable, in Rome I'd live here.

South of Spain - Andalusia or Barcelona. Beautiful weather and people. I'm thinking about renting a place in Greece for a month next spring.

just for a month next spring?

sounds awesome.

dont forget to post photos.

and tell us about the food & travel experience.

i notice you've been doing alot of traveling. Do you only travel by yourself or do you travel with other people?

do you usually look for bargain stuff as well?

when we travel we look for bargain, but we usually end up going to a travel agency to book for us. it's easier but i think it's cheaper if you do it yourself.

hm i guess. i dont really understand.

people usually move somewhere because it's where money and setting up family is.

if people have a better job prospect, they move there.

even if it's somewhere in Iceland.
