truth is..you can’t sink into your sadness. i’ve done this wayyyy too many time — you just need to think of the positives & try to be happy. if you allow yourself to fall in the sadness hole, you’ll be there for days, weeks, maybe even months (i didn’t leave my bedroom for 2 months because i let myself do this).
get a hobby, go for a walk, get your mind off things. weed is cool but i tend to find that i think more about my troubles when i smoke weed (which isn’t a bad thing because i do have breakthroughs but when you’re sad, it might not be the best — although, i’m a stoner & smoke everyday lol).
