That could be true but just like everything....its different for everyone imo. I need 9 hrs to truly function my best but I get about 5-6 during the week if that.
similar....I go to bed typically at like 3am and wake up at 7:30...there's too much fun shit to do at night....that's why the weekends are catch-up. I hate myself in the morning though....Its like two completely different personalities - Night-time self doesn't give a fuq about daytime self....He's like "I'm gonna go ahead and live my life, and you're gonna pay for it bro....then we'll do it all over again the next day."
Is it an instant gratification problem
