  • How about adding something you enjoy to the mix? I look forward to cardio if i have new music i really like to listen to.
    Or on lazy days do workouts that you know you enjoy...a nice walk with music you like, yoga instead, or promise yourself just a 15 min workout. This way you still keep up routine but listen to your energy levels.

    Most important thing is to keep your stress levels down and your mind at peace. So work with yourself for that happy medium.

    They say consistent but small effort is better than huge and seldom effort.

    Don’t underestimate the power of convenience. Companies have made billions just by making us pay for convenience: delivery vs pick up, fast food vs cooking at home etc. So make it convenient to work out. Some people sleep in their gym clothes so when they wake up they are already conveniently dressed to work out lol.
