Happy Game of Thrones day, everyone!

Epi 4 is one I'm looking forward to since Game of Thrones at it's heart is about the characters, their choices and reasons, and dealing with the consequences for better or worse. With this being more of a build up episode, I expect to see a lot of this.

For those that were disappointed with Epi 3, the only solace I can provide is that the episode was just the beginning. Epi 3, 4, and 5 were written as a complete set with Epi 5 being the big climax (Source: https://winteriscoming.net/2019/04/26/miguel-sapochnik-game-thrones-episode-803-survival-horror/). Even the actors and creators interviewed this week have all hinted Episode 5 is the big one. Apparently the cast are reuniting specifically to watch Epi 5 together so it's the one to prepare for. I expect it to be a bloodbath.

With that said, A NEW ROUND OF PREDICTIONS:

    Gendry, the wild card
So after Epi 3, how the hell are they going to take on Cersei, Euron, the Golden Company (minus the elephants), and whatever Lannister army is still around. When we last left Winterfel; The Dothraki are gone, the Unsullied are decimated, and there's pretty much 15 non-main character Northerners left to fight for them. They're looking pretty screwed. BUT WAIT! There's a trump card that hasn't been played. House Baratheon signed and paid for a contract with the Golden Company via Stannis and Davos when they visited the Iron Bank. The contract was left unfulfilled when Stannis died allowing them to sign a new contract with House Lannister. Beyond becoming Arya's boy toy, Gendry hasn't really contributing a damn thing so far to the story. My non-evidence based, pure bullshit prediction is that since Gendry is the heir to House Baratheon, he'll re-enact the unfulfilled contract with the Golden Company causing them to flip on House Lannister, thus giving them another army to fight with.

    Daenery's Three Betrayals
So Daeny got a prophecy when she was in the House of the Undying, " . . . three treasons will you know . . . once for blood and once for gold and once for love . . ."

Daeny believes the betryal for blood was from Mirri Maz Duur (The witch in season 1 that fucked up Khal Drogo). My prediction is we'll see Daeny betrayed between now and the end. I hope to dear God it's not Tyrion.

Anyways throw up your thoughts and your own predictions.

DISCLAIMER: As before, none of this has any real evidence in the show and is purely just shooting the shit with other GoT fans.
