1. Almond oil with vitamin E to moisturize body skin, lips and eyelashes.
2. Argan oil for dark circles. I wipe eye make-up with this too. I find it helps lighten dark circles somewhat.
3. Squalane oil for facial skin. My face skin is very sensitive. All products make me clog or break out 😞
- I oil cleanse to wash face once at night.
- Drink 1.5 L of water, which is conducive to improving dark circles.
- I don’t drink or smoke and never have.
- I eat two meals a day
- Two teaspoons of cod liver oil
- one teaspoon of hemp seed oil every other day
