The US will be hard to compare because we have 50 states and a billion counties/cities/towns in those states.
I will do the state of Indiana, USA
Population 6.7 million
788 new cases 9/9
106K total cases
3,420 total deaths
Yes that’s why I thought it would be interesting to know from states or cities. From where I sit we just hear about the US as a whole and it looks very sad. Even here in Australia, Queensland and 4 of our states are doing really well but Victoria is not good at all and in stage 4 of lockdown and have been for more than 6 weeks. They can go out for 1 hour a day to exercise, masks mandatory. All businesses shut except essential services. Ie: Groceries, hospitals etc
By any chance can you share Victoria's numbers?
Victoria’s population 6.651 million

Victoria’s spike started end of June and escalated fast
Wow. Victoria is similar to the population of Indiana.
We are in much worse shape and you have restrictions that we have never had.
Strong leadership makes a huge difference!

New Zealand and Jacinta Arden led the way and Australia followed suit. So far so good!
