Bone in. Crispy. Extra crispy if possible, with buffalo sauce. Ranch or blue cheese if it's good. Veggie sticks and fries. I also love lemon pepper sauce. Also love to mix lemon pepper with buffalo and have like a spicy lemon. It's the Mexican in me that likes that stuff. Also love a good garlic parmesan, and "cajun" sauce. Not a big fan of dry rubs. Spicy garlic from buffalo wild wings is also good. A local place does like an asian five spice with salt and pepper and sugar. Very interesting and very tasty. One of the few dry rub wings I like.
Best wings I ever had was at Native Grill and Wings in South Dakota. Other places I had the "best" wings at all closed down so no point in mentioning them.
