    You summed it up more succinctly than I could. A lot of people not mentioning the fact he doesn't want to speak English on a date.

    I live in Europe, here a lot of people hesitate to speak English because they are shy of accent/errors, but once they are comfortable on a date they relax and start speaking more freely.

    I am more confused how they will get to know each other better? Discussing movies, hobbies, goals, dreams. Or it is "gonna let my body talk for me" situation?
