    you have to do, but it can be hard to even think about trying to move on at first, and no one can do it for you, the only one stopping you from moving forward is yourself, but self motivation is very difficult when you are feeling low, time is a great healer, and as time passes you will find you have forgotten about some things that have been making you feel bad, and if they do come into your mind, because you are feeling stronger they wont get at you so much. Common sense to some people and easy, but for others no so. Detachment, blocking them off is a very good tactic.

    I absolutely agree, self motivation is difficult when feeling low. Time is truly a healer. Keeping busy with time makes time pass by. Going through pain is to get through pain, finding ways how to handle stress and release emotions to finish what was started. Once finish line is reached, a new beginning begins, planting a different seed in fresh soil.
