i eat whenever i feel hungry
i snack a lot, eating small amounts frequently rather than eating set meals
i'm vegan so my diet mostly consists of good food
i am a bit like this. Although I wonder if it's healthier to just eat at the same time every day ...living makes that hard though.
i used to eat meals but i've noticed positive changes in my body since i started snacking.
it means i only ever eat the amount i need at that moment and i never get that horrible full feeling.

I see what you mean but a lot of the good foods are in mealsss! But I notice I am a bit slimmer when I just snack throughout the day
