    It depends on why you do it, is unhealthy when it is used as a mechanism to avoid reality, the same could happen to those people who are constantly going out. I don't see it less healthy than the opposite. Each person handles situations in their own way. I love talking to myself.

    Yep. I've been a very heavy introvert most of my life.. but outgoing once too. I've put myself in isolation before where I cut off everyone in my life and it can make you a little cynical. A certain experience recently pulled me out of this mindset and now I'm craving being around friends and anyone constantly (I'm unable to find being alone comforting anymore). It actually feels really good. It's caused me to reconnect with an old best friend who's a complete extrovert... but I've learned her constant attention seeking ways have caused her to get into some deep self-sabotaging shit. Had a lot to do with influence from the people she would constantly surround herself by. She's a complete mess who ended up with ptsd. While I was recently told by a therapist I don't need therapy lmao.
