    Use olive oil as an alternative if you need to fry. You can also steam food instead. For example when I make chicken, I use chicken breast, and marinade it in pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme and turmeric. I simply fry it in olive oil and eat it with steamed veggies only. I lost around 4kg and now starting to develop muscles.
