Happy to see the bear from The Revenant finding another good line of work after death cuz it was bullbutter what happened in that movie.

I was like, oh butter Damnata posted. Gotta read her theories. Then I was LMAO WTF

I know you were excited cuz I share Sun and Moon with R.R. Martin but you see...we have reached a pitchfork in our beautiful journey of soulmate narcissism...when I noticed SANSA IS STILL ALIVE WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE DIED A LONG TIME AGO.

Must be his butterty Mars treetrunking this entire series.

LOL

I'm shocked his leo venus is going with the most predictable ending.. Gotta be that scorp mars.

Although not shocked a virgo sun thinks we're all retarded and wouldnt see it.

what is so "predictable?"

If he didnt say "it wont be who you think" pretty sure everyone would have put there money on the targs getting together, fighting the ww, and having a kid. Do they even have any time left on the show to go in a different direction?

have a little faith geez

viewership is growing but casuals are always complaining

jon and dany have never met in real world time for 20 years

took them 7 seasons to meet in the show

how is that predictable?

we don't even know for sure what'll happen to jaime

Still, it was the most speculated theory before a dance with dragons was even released and adwd gave more credence to it...that was before the show made it super obvi.

Thought you said dany was a teen.

She is or was.

Math isnt adding up but I remember some time around season 1 or 2 I was really getting into it and ands was like, dont bother, jons probably the hero (he read the books). Then we lol'd cuz he reminds us of blackindian23

If the show continues this way, I'd give it an 8.5/10 for action. The book series gets a C+ since he turned it in late.

Lotr is still better.

Methinks, because the last two books haven't been completed, the writers and producers are basically running on fumes with this season. With no literary source, the quality of season seven has suffered greatly (and probably explains why there are seven and not ten episodes).

show has been very hollywood (predictable, cliche and watered down) since george rr martin stopped his tv invovlement to focus on writing the books. it's still the best show on tv but nowhere near its former glory.

And what was the last season GRRM was involved?

Season 5, the season before last.

Still cant believe martin made jon the last hero 😷

So cliche and rips off tolkein. Embarrassing cuz tolkeins a cap.

we don't know that yet for sure

"The Last Hero"

"The Prince That Was Promised"

"Azor Ahai"

could be different people or the same

Frodos dad is named drogo baggins.

Idk I keep seeing all of the attempted parallels to jon and frodo. Makes me think dany and jons kid is the prince that was promised and jon is azor ahai the last savior. But I thought martin said it wouldnt be obvious.

they've never met in the books and only met in Season 7

that's not obvious

you know what's even more heartbreaking when Viserion died?

when the other 2 dragons go out to hunt, he's the only one who stays with Dany so he can have his belly rubbed

im crying

They have puppy dog faces :c

So did they manage to bring the white walker back or did they pretty much just hand the ww a dragon?

ser jorah "friendzoned for life" mormont

The question though is would you rather be jorah or her last side piece who she got and quit just before he confessed his love ?

in the books she's a teenager and he's a middle-aged man

Its like DJs life 😂

I remember I think the witch said her baby with drogo was a dragon that turned to ash. Will dany and jons kid be the stallion that mounts the world or is drogon the stallion or is that no longer a thing?

the prophecies written by that damned Virgo are intentionally vague so they could fit into both these pairs- Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark and their 2.0 version Jon Snow and Daenerys Stormborn.. you wanna know Jon's real name? Here's a clue: "Egg"

Thought aegon was jons older bro killed by someone as a baby

Rhaegar believed the prophecy so much that he named both his sons the same name so that whoever turns out to be "The One" will have that name. At one point, he even believed he was the one in the prophecies.

What if... Its jaime lannister though

Well Jamie Lannister made it through another episode. But i'm watching and waiting... :p

It would have been more epic if he had died during the dothraki battle

Jaime is just getting started bruh.

He was only interesting fir that one season in which he was a prisoner and lost his hand .

He seemed to lose a bit of personality too
After he lost his hand

I still think he's the focal point of the books despite not even having a chapter in the first one. He's the most evolving character. He was his hand. It getting cut off symbolizes a man who was immoral becomming moral but he breaks twice do to cersei before he kills her.

Weak symbolism and weak plot .

Also morality does not = boring .

On second thought I guess it does according to the show .

Very strong plot. Its literary genius from martin.

Only a Virgo can truly understand a Virgo.

Its like a different language we speak. You or I could be correct, but it appears the show is leaning more towards your side 😂

For now 😶

Even if it's on your side, I'd be on board.

Jaime is a complicated and interesting character.

You made dany a lot more interesting to me too. I overlooked a lot of the symbolism pertaining to her.

it's probably my Cancer venus

It totally is! I'm like kids? What. Naw. "You want to tell everybody that he's their father? thats cool cersei"

I gotta ask, why you such a Lannister fan? lol Because everyone hates them?

I believe in Jaime. I relate to him the most. When he isnt around cersei, he doesnt do what he's told, he doesnt keep every oathe because he's smart enough to know theyre bullbutter. He believes in himself and in his abilities to make the right decisions unlike dany and jon. He saved everyone in westeros when aerys was king. He threw away his reputation to do it. So I believe he will save them again. Even though this series is calling out humans and possibly even europeans for invading westeros and taking the land from the children of the forest. Pretty much depicting all of humanity as the evil side in a way. And tywin was a fave. Want lannister dynasty to happen.

I love Tyrion. Jamie isn't so bad and i agree with everything you said, i just cant wait for him to kill Cersie lol

Yep. If Jamie will kill Cersei.... maybe I can forgive him and start hoping he lives. Maybe.

I see him dying in some big noble sacrifice though, possibly in the process of killing off his twin.

At this point I'm not concerned that they are past the books and departing from them some. I'm fed up with GRRM's glacial writing pace. The guy writes at the rate of about 1/2 page a day, if that. It's pathetic. I still say it's to drag things out so that he's a big start until he finally croaks... and he'll never actually finish it himself, ala Robert Jordan and the Wheel of Time series. We shall see. I'm content with what HBO is giving us instead.

he's filthy rich

and maybe... he just doesn't have the passion to continue

Actually, legally, might be his brother that is filthy rich. Jamie is Kingsguard... Queensguard now, and thus - unable to ever inherit, legally. It would all revert to Tyrion, or a Lannister cousin.

That's why Tywin was so thoroughly pissed off about him being Kingsguard in the first place, and kept trying to get Jamie to let him pull some legal chicanery to abandon it.

But Jamie wants his page in that book of the Kingsguard to say something better than "Kingslayer." To overshadow that and win some glory... it's going to have to be something big, and probably, sacrificial.

Lol
She meant GRRM

... and yet it soooo applies to Jamie.....

GRRM loves being a star. That's why he keeps showing up at awards ceremonies and out and about in Hollywood circles, instead of sitting at his laptop writing... *insert 60 seconds of cursing that would make a sailor blush here*

Yeah and when jaime is always "out of town" traveling leaving cersei behind... Martin is to jaime as the last book is to cersei. He just wants to strangle it because he could be living a better life #latesttheory

Hodor / the three eyed raven plot was better

That shizz made me a believer

Three eyed raven (bran) is bloodravens minion. Dont know if bloodraven is good or evil only that he practices blood magic which is usually evil. But bran lives into adult age to become bran the builder so idk.

I don't know what you are talking about

I'm referring to the use of retrochronal causation and it's implications regarding trauma/ ptsd .

I wrote a more eloquent epic tweet about this

What was the tweet? Let me know your thoughts

"There were several great utilization of retro-chronal causation in tonight's episode of Gane of Thrones . Martin's brilliant use of the predestination paradox plot device forces members of his audience to reexamine their own respective experiences with trauma ( especially childhood trauma ) and how that trauma has animated them in ways that are often unconscionable and sometimes ruinous ."

Oh yeah, I definitely agree with that 👍
