I have this. I’ll be reading a book or concentrating on something and my leg will start popping away. It can really make my legs sore after a while but i can’t help but do it.
I know of the name RLS (restless leg syndrome).
Does anyone else have it and do you have any advice on how to relieve it ? or maybe you’ve stopped doing it and you could help me to do the same? It’s actually so annoying.i also can’t find a lot online about it.
If I put my mind to it, it will stop but as soon as I start focusing on other stuff it will start again.
It's not that your legs start moving.
They start feeling uncomfortable antsy or itchy in the muscles. The restlessness is just the urge to stop the itchy some people feel they want to scratch rather than move ..or massage the area as the itch feel deeper ..or stretch for a long long abnormal period ..or over and over.
i had it for like two yrs if you can't tell ..i went to my doc and since i am female he asked about my periods ...and suggested over the counter iron ...told me to exercise cut down caffeine and not to get up in morning earlier than usual ...or just have a set time ..
Over about two months it went away...the only thing i really did tho was take the iron. click to expand
