I walked 8.6 miles today. 4.6 miles at sunrise and 4 miles just before dusk. I ran for 13 mins of it, LOL. I do 30 mins. of yoga after each. I really want this to be my 4Ever routine. It always feels really good to walk while the sun is coming up.
45 mins. to an hour. I have always preferred aerobics but at this stage of life, walking (and yoga) seems better for my health. The first walk is for health. The 2nd one is for weightless/vanity. It appears I lost five lbs. this week.
Girl I like the same now. But my routine oftentimes changes after some time, maybe with the season idk. Beginning of this year I was digging some kickboxing, and now I’m loving this ballet series! Significantly different paces lol. And I still do my yoga and walking during the week too. I’m about to get back on my thyroid meds and I hope it helps me to lose even more weight.
Aerobics has become a serious plateau after 20 years. Walking has become so uncommon that its the better challenge thanks to 25 years of desk work. Yoga is always in the mix though.
Doctor told me last year that my thyroid is becoming "sluggish." Taking iodine and selenium he told me to take hoping to see improvement with next physical.
