I tried it a few times before when my Virgo ♍️ friend recommended it, but it didn’t work for me.
Sometimes it’s just hard to shut the million and one thoughts 💭 constantly in my head 😩. Although I’m part to blame, I won’t put my phone down at night and it’s recommended to put electronics down like an hr before bed, but instead I’ll be on my phone looking at 100 diff things 😂🤦🏽‍♀️
