Idk if my midheaven also contributes to this, but tend to deal with a burnout at least every 3 months because of my hours. Doesn't help that the emotional pull I have with my relationships I gain with my patients and their families tend to make the departure all the more harder. Adding in school with the mix has made life a bit more tiring and I text this while at my shift and hoping *crosses fingers* to finish one of my homework tonight.
It is vital to identify your early signs of a burn out and find what gives you that refresh sense. Whether it be call off a sick day every once in a while or take a weekend dedicated to yourself.
It took a looooooooong time for me to be able to realize I needed to have more time for myself and sometimes need reminders. Hence the 3 trips coming up just after prerequisite classes and before intense 2 year grounding lol.
Don't be too hard on yourself, you need your wings to look out for your students 🦋 (no angel wing emoji)
