It seems to me you guys like to feel you have earned praise or it annoys you..is this true? Also that its important to you to feel you have "earned" things. Is it just not satisfying otherwise? would you find a gift "just because" annoying because maybe its someone trying to make you, or make you feel something?

Its very Aqua to think whatever you are saying is important and its also possible she was looking for emotional display that night maybe she was feeling really connected and your physical display confused her and now shes not sure if you feel for her what she thought. However, she should have come around. But everyone is different. Are you ecrtain that there is no one else? did you possibly say another girls name? could someone at the party have told her somethng about you? did you pay attention to another girl?
The best would be to leave at least a few days of space.. a lot of issues seem less "big" over time. Then ask her to meet and tell her how you feel. Take the chance because hiding from the truth wont change it. Its possible shes just confused especially if the behaviour was a departure for either one or both of you from the norm.
